Join us to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of technology within our collaborative and inclusive culture.About the Role & TeamAs a Business Development Manager, you will be a key member of our Sales Support Team, working closely with regional sales leads to engage with airports and airlines across Europe, Israel, Cuba, Russia, and Astana. Your role combines aviation operational expertise with a consultative approach, supporting presales activities and developing impactful solutions in Airport Operations and Sustainability.You will help clients envision future scenarios that optimize processes, reduce environmental impact, and adopt innovative technology.What You Will DoBe the primary contact for one of our core Airport Operations products.Collaborate with sales leads to support deals and close opportunities.Identify and qualify new opportunities with strategic airport and airline clients.Guide customers through process transformation initiatives focusing on operational efficiency and automation.Train and onboard customers on our solutions' use and benefits.Understand clients’ IT and operational environments and facilitate the transition to cloud-based services.Represent the customer’s voice internally to enhance our offerings and approach.QualificationsWho You Are:Fluent in English, with a professional business proficiency level suitable for interaction with C-Level clients.Extensive knowledge of aviation, especially airport operations, including processes like ACDM, Turnaround Management, Total Airport Management, and Resource Optimization.A natural, consultative salesperson capable of listening deeply and shaping value-driven solutions.Solid aviation knowledge, particularly in airport operations, ground handling, and passenger flow.Technically skilled with the ability to understand complex systems and communicate effectively.Adaptable communication style, engaging stakeholders from C-suite to operational staff.At SITA, we challenge the status quo by empowering our team to pioneer innovations impacting billions.
