A pioneer in plastic recycling, the organization specializes in supplying high-quality recycled plastic materials such as rPET, rPE, and rPP. With a strong global footprint and deep industry expertise, it supports sustainable manufacturing by providing reliable, eco-friendly raw materials to partners across multiple countries. To accelerate growth across Europe, the team is now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and forge strategic partnerships in the region.The role involves identifying and pursuing new leads, analyzing markets, and implementing strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Manage the full sales pipeline via CRM and close deals. Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and secure long-term contracts. Ensure smooth delivery by collaborating with internal teams. Develop business development plans aligned with company goals. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and risks. Work closely with marketing, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment and effective onboarding of new clients. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
