Sentra Energia SpA, a direct provider of electricity and gas, as well as a wide range of additional services including the Multichannel Electronic Payment Platform, is expanding its network of Partner Points across Italy. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the affiliation and management of new sales points (Shop in Shop).
The selected candidate will manage partner affiliation processes and develop commercial strategies to grow the company's business, expanding the client portfolio and maintaining existing relationships. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of delegated commercial operations and coordinating sales activities in synergy with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage new sales points (Shop in Shop) at locations such as bars, tobacco shops, CAFs, private post offices, real estate agencies, mobile phone centers, and service centers.
Plan effective commercial strategies.
Train and motivate the sales team.
Achieve challenging targets.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a manager with:
Experience in managing sales points in the energy or telecommunications sector.
Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
Result-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility and adaptability.
