We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Northern EU or CIS Regions client base.Position detailsPosition: Business Development Manager (EU or CIS Regions)Location: RemoteEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary / uncapped commissionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.REQUIREMENTSFluent / native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication, other languages would be a huge advantage i.e. Russian is advantageousDemonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in (Northern EU or CIS Regions)Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldProven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit))Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
