Business Development Manager, North-East ItalyJoin Kidde Global Solutions as a Business Development Manager for the North-East Italy region.Location: Padua / North-East ItalyKidde Global Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to support and expand our Fire and Security portfolio in North-East Italy. The role involves increasing market share, supporting the sales team, and laying the foundations for revenue growth. Additionally, the role includes account management for a mini-region comprising Balkan countries and Greece, with approximately one trip per country per year. The candidate should be based in North-Eastern Italy.The main responsibilities include:Identifying and pursuing new opportunities and partners, proposing solutions, and following up.Visiting clients, identifying projects, and managing them from conception to closure.Achieving sales and gross margin targets monthly and annually.Maintaining regular contact with clients, developing business remotely and in person.Preparing, submitting, and following up on quotations.Hosting seminars and training sessions at customer premises and remotely.Supporting the sales team to meet and exceed targets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree; a university degree is a plus.At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in fire alarm or security industry (not mandatory).Experience in promoting, specifying, and selling complete construction solutions to distributors, system integrators, and end users is highly desirable.Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and handle complex situations.Enthusiastic and resilient in facing challenges.Excellent communication skills and a team player.Confident in proposing solutions, positioning our products as primary or alternative options.The role involves participating in bids, trade shows, and managing customer relationships to enhance sales and business development performance.Position Details:Seniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Sales and Business Development, Public Safety, and Fire ProtectionThis job posting appears active and suitable for application.
