We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive market growth and expand our client portfolio.Key responsibilities include :Developing effective business strategies to achieve sales targets;Building strong relationships with major clients, wholesalers, and retailers;Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences;Proposing solutions to meet customer targets and expanding existing relationships;Assisting in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy, including price positioning, product promotion, and distribution.Requirements :Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel;Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Management, or a related field;4-10 years of experience in sales management at a national level, preferably in the Audio Video or Electric Mobility sector;Experience with Amazon is highly valued;Familiarity with the Italian CE market;Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations;
