Business Development Representative – Milan (Remote) – EV Charging / SaaS – Up to €72K + 25% BonusLocation : Remote (Milan or surrounding areas)Industry : EV Charging | SaaS | Clean TechSalary : Up to €72,000 base + 25% performance bonusContract : 12-month initial contractThe OpportunityWe are supporting a fast-growing European cleantech company that develops smart energy and EV charging software solutions. With operations across more than 20 countries and millions of users, they are now expanding into the Italian market.To support this growth, they are hiring a Business Development Representative to help establish and grow commercial activity in Italy. This is the first commercial hire in the region, offering strong ownership and impact.The RoleYou will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Italian EV charging ecosystem. Target customers include Charge Point Operators (CPOs), Mobility Service Providers (MSPs), and other strategic partners. This is a hands-on role covering everything from lead generation to deal closure.The position is fully remote and requires someone confident operating independently while staying closely connected to the broader European team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a pipeline of new business opportunitiesQualify and convert inbound and self-generated leadsRepresent the company at industry events and through digital outreachCollaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and close dealsMaintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce)Share customer insights to support product and service improvementWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account managementExperience in SaaS, EV, tech, or energy sectors preferredNative or fluent Italian speaker with strong English communicationSelf-starter who can operate in a fast-moving, remote-first environmentCommercial mindset with a strong focus on building long-term relationshipsPackage and Benefits25% performance-based annual bonusSports & wellness allowanceOpportunity to shape market entry in a high-growth, purpose-driven businessIf this role is of interest, please apply directly.
