Role
The resource will be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities in the international sea and air freight sector , contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and the consolidation of the company’s presence in the national and international market.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and manage new B2B commercial relationships with import / export clients.
Promote sea and air freight services, in synergy with the operational and pricing teams.
Analyze clients’ logistical needs and propose customized solutions.
Monitor the market, competition, and trends in international traffic flows.
Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract closing.
Ensure the achievement of agreed revenue and margin targets.
Collaborate with branches and overseas partners to develop new routes and business opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or international shipping companies.
In-depth knowledge of major sea and air routes and international transport dynamics.
Ability to read and negotiate rates with airlines, shipowners, and overseas agents.
Strong aptitude for business development and building long-term relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English (mandatory); additional language is a plus.
Proficiency in IT tools and commercial CRM systems.
Education
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
