Position Description
We are looking for our new manager intern aspiring to lead projects, with a deep sense of accountability, and good organizational skills.
You are looking for a challenging opportunity to gain valuable skills in Entrepreneurship, Management and Leadership while having a lot of responsibilities?
You are keen on developing and leading a team and at the same time working on your own initiative and achieving multiple goals within deadlines. You embody a growth mindset and a proactive and dedicated approach.
This full-time internship takes place in Sicily and starts in November/December 2025 with a minimum stay of 3 months up to 9 months.
Skills We Are Looking For

Good organizational skills
Studies in Business, Economics or similar field
Excellent English skills spoken as well as written
Know how to prioritize tasks
Analytical mindset
Motivation to learn continuously and drive projects forward
Strategic thinking skill
Responsible and committed work attitude
Prior work experience is an advantage
Strong sense of ownership and pride in their work

What You Will Do

Assisting and supporting the CEO in various projects
Strategic planning and organization of teams
Contribution to decision-making
Leading projects and departments
Corporate communications and problem-solving
Managing our Project Management tool
