In this role, you will drive growth and expand Retex’s clientele by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.The Role You Will Play:Strategic Vision: Lead Retex’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, positioning Retex as a key partner in marketing and communication, and fostering opportunities across our offerings.Industry Expertise: Analyze specific industries, attract relevant prospects, and create research, monitoring, and audits in collaboration with relevant directors to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends and deliver tailored solutions.Client-Centric Approach: Promote our products and services by addressing or anticipating client objectives, developing value propositions based on their needs through a consultative, systemic, and multidisciplinary approach. Building rapport and collaboration will be essential.Sales Excellence: Develop sales strategies for prospects, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and utilize your negotiation skills to drive the sales process from planning to closing.Project Management: Oversee the management and coordination of marketing and communication projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish, including participation in RFPs and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.RequirementsWhile you may not meet all criteria, we believe you will excel in this role if you possess these characteristics:At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role, preferably with a background in Marketing & Communications. Experience with clients in sectors such as Consumer & Hard Goods, Health & Pharma, Telco & Utilities, Travel & Services is a plus.Proven track record in successful sales and business development, with the ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.Exceptional negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and proficiency in Italian and English (at least B2 level).Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and motivation to achieve results, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within and outside the company.Other InformationOur team at Retex comprises diverse skills and experiences.
