Job Description : Responsible for business development of biological research technical services within the designated region. Develop and maintain client relationships in the region, achieve annual sales targets, and accomplish assigned tasks. Provide project solutions based on client needs, facilitate project collaborations, and track project progress / payment collection. Collect market competition dynamics and intelligence; assist the marketing department in promotional activities. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or the department.Qualifications : Valid Italy Visa with client resources in healthcare or bioscience fields. Ph.D’s degree in Biology, Medicine, Agriculture, Forestry, or related disciplines; solid molecular biology background preferred. Prior sales experience in high-throughput sequencing research services advantageous; exceptional fresh graduates may apply. Strong communication skills, passion for sales, and ability to withstand significant work pressure. High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, independence, and pioneering spirit. Proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
