We are currently looking for aBusiness Development / Project ManagerDepartment : Business Development & CommercialReporting to Chief Commercial Officer.Job Location : Milan (Italy)EducationDegree : Technical degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or other)Work Experience : 3 / 4 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical IndustryProfessional SkillsExperience in pharma industry (with preference in injectable field) or Medical Device or Food Supplement industry;Project management of multifunctional projects;Business Development;Management of international customer;Technical background is preferable.ResponsibilitiesProject management :Project Management for CDMO projects (Technology Transfer and new Development) being single point of contact with customers for all project aspects;Coordinate internally project activities as PM of multidisciplinary teams, setting up and leading project meetings and issuing Project Plans;Monitor constantly respect of timelines and costs;Provide regular updates to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Management on projects status;Support Finance for projects cost controlling;Coordinate external activities (i.e. laboratories activities) connected with Projects’ execution;Business Development :Management of new customers until product launch (included);Support CCO in new projects technical evaluation;Preparation of Technology Transfer and Commercial Proposals;Represent the companies in international exhibitions and congresses;Support CCO in scouting of new customers and business opportunities;Support CCO in budget proposal for new projects and products;Coordinate activities to support commercial launch of New Products;Compensation Package : Remuneration package in the Chemical-Pharmaceutical sector. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience in the role.
