Through collaboration with our Marketing team to execute campaigns, our BDRs build the top end of our revenue funnel by prospecting and communicating with potential customers daily. You’ll see those prospects move through the customer journey and celebrate each success along the way with our global team.DescriptionWe’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in sales within a scaling organization. Currently working remotely, we will ensure you are connected and supported throughout. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box, so you need to be great at working independently with excellent organizational skills. If you consider yourself curious, creative, fearless, and a natural people-person skilled at building connections, we would love to hear from you!What will you do?Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territoryProspect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new businessResearch and build new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, emails, strategic calling)Target potential customers across the market, including companies seeking DDI/Security solutions or looking to replace existing solutionsPerform timely outbound calls and engage through other communication channels (e.g., email) to prospect new opportunitiesIdentify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness, and establish timelinesCapture and manage data/metrics in Zoho CRMPlan and create mini campaigns within your assigned regionBook meetings aligned with targetsYou’ll be a great fit if you have these qualifications:University degree - Bachelor's degreeLocated in the Milan or Rome area (home office possible)Minimum of 1-2 years of prospecting experience, preferably in technology/IT securityAbility to achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCRM experience, with Zoho experience being a significant plusStrong problem-solving skillsHighly motivated, driven, and self-startingAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to understand customer needs and meet them with successful product salesExcellent time management and organizational skillsWorking conditionsWe offer a great opportunity to grow with our company in a rapidly advancing and innovative environment.At EfficientIP, we believe in a congenial workplace and positive relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
