OverviewEnergie rinnovabili, Jobtech, è una giovane realtà del settore energetico con missione di promuovere un ecosistema domestico dove mobilità sostenibile e gestione intelligente dell’energia collaborano per una transizione energetica concreta.ResponsibilitiesResearch and generate new leads via outbound marketing, cold calling, and proactive client scouting.Assist junior team members and potentially lead them over time.Manage and optimize the CRM system to track opportunities and improve sales communication.Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust, loyalty, and long‑term collaboration.QualificationsBackground in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.1‑2 years of experience in a similar role.Proactive, motivated, and comfortable communicating daily with diverse customers.Interest in the electric vehicle (EV) sector and willingness to explore this emerging market.Proficient in English (written and spoken, B2 level).BenefitsAnnual salary up to €26,000 gross, adjustable to experience, with objective‑based bonus.Contract: either independent contractor (P.Iva) or one‑year fixed‑term.Hybrid work: 1 smart‑working day per week.Benefits: Cafè, snacks, lunch vouchers, electric vehicle charging station powered 100% by renewable energy, welcome kit, gym and wellness center discounts.What we offerWe value diversity and inclusion.
