In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following :To form close relationships with end users, consultants and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand, and to increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.This will involve the strategic and active analysis of market opportunities, as well as the ability to influence decision makers and ensuring sales growth.Strategic planning - Both short and medium term sales planning will be required on a regular basis following sales workshops, and liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information. Recommendations on marketing plans and new / revised strategic direction will be discussed with the Country Manager.Properly manage and develop network of partners (integrators and installer) part of Hanwha channel partner programme (STEP Programme), with responsibility on sales revenue generated through assigned PartnersLiaising with major System integrators at senior levelIncrease project pipeline and revenue with existing active customersCreate a project pipeline with new customersReport on weekly basis on sales and project progressExisting customer audit analysisInput of ideas towards marketing plans for new product launches and customer eventsA proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.Extensive experience of CCTV and associated technologies, or similar market segment, in particular presenting relevant solutions to end users and consultants / specifiersCapability to work independently in understanding customer needs, defining solutions and creating professional commercial proposals to customers (system integrators, end-user)Must have a knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers within the electronic security market, IT & Networking.Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial, but not essential.Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be advantageousPC Literate - Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include ExcelA desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognitionProject Management, Product Planning, and strong communication skills required with the ability to present at board level to Blue Chip companies, and to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise mannerEnglish Language essential plus at least the local European languageThis role will involve extensive travel within Italy on a regular basis, specifically in the assigned area in South Italy, and travel outside of Italy may be required from time to time.
