Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Central Developer responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions within the company. The role involves collaborating with the IT team and business units to ensure efficient business processes through tailored BC solutions.
Responsibilities
Understand and manage country‑specific customizations implemented in the solution.
Develop and customize Business Central modules according to business requirements.
Support the integration of BC with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of implemented functionalities.
Provide end‑user support and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with external consultants and IT teams on updates and improvement projects.
Required Skills
Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
Knowledge of AL programming language and BC extension development.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Good knowledge of SQL, Power BI, API integrations is a plus.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BC development and implementation.
Good knowledge of technical English.
Soft Skills
Proactive attitude and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different business functions.
