La risorsa verrà inserita nel dipartimento Networks, con l’obiettivo di supportare il team dedicato allo sviluppo dei progetti consulenziali, in ambito Organizzazione e Compliance, finalizzati al miglioramento dei processi aziendali e all'adeguamento ai requisiti normativi applicabili come ad esempio ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 e in ambito ESG.
In Particolare, La Risorsa Svolgerà Le Seguenti Attività, Sia In Back Office Che In Campo, Sotto La Supervisione Del Tutor Aziendale

analisi dei processi,
misurazione delle performance,
elaborazione reportistica e cruscotti di KPI,
definizione e redazione di procedure,
predisposizione di check-list,
supporto svolgimento audit interni,
definizione di piani di miglioramento.

In particolare, la risorsa si relazionerà con figure aziendali di diversa seniority e rilevanza gerarchica e, al termine del percorso formativo, avrà acquisito le competenze tecniche e trasversali necessarie allo svolgimento delle attività assegnate con un crescente grado di autonomia.
REQUISITI MINIMI

Laurea in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria Gestionale
Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Buona comunicazione
Capacità di analisi
Affidabilità e precisione

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

Master Sistemi di Gestione con qualifica di Auditor
Esperienze pregresse in attività di analisi dell’organizzazione, mappatura ed analisi dei rischi
Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte su territorio nazionale
