We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst / Consultant with a strong understanding of the automotive industry to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with major market players, supporting their engineering domain. This role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring smooth collaboration between client teams and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Client Support : Act as a trusted advisor to client engineering teams, providing analytical and consulting support.
Requirements Gathering : Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for engineering-related projects.
Process Analysis : Responsible for high-level design for end-to-end perimeter
Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams.
Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including specifications, workflows, and change requests.
Project Coordination : Assist in planning and monitoring project deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 2–5 years in business analysis or consulting roles, preferably within the automotive sector.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with automotive engineering processes, standards, and terminology.
Technical Understanding : Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and tools (e.g., PLM systems) is a plus.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tools : Proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is desirable.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Language : English B2 minimum level, Italian B2 minimum level.
Travel : Availability to work at client’s site when requested.
