We are looking for a Business Analyst – Finance & Administration to support Astradyne’s financial, administrative, and contractual activities. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in finance who wants to apply their skills in a dynamic startup environment and gain direct exposure to how a growing deep-tech company operates.
You will work closely with the management team, external accountants, consultants, and partners, supporting day-to-day financial operations while helping ensure that administrative and contractual processes are well-organized, accurate, and scalable.
Key responsibilities:
Support accounting and financial operations, including bookkeeping coordination, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
Manage invoicing processes, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and liaising with customers and partners.
Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and preparation of documentation for grants, investors, and public funding programs.
Review and support the management of contractual documents (e.g. supplier agreements, NDAs, service contracts).
Prepare and maintain administrative, financial, and corporate documentation in an organized and compliant manner.
Interface with external professionals (accountants, legal advisors, consultants) to ensure timely and accurate execution of administrative tasks.
Contribute to the improvement and structuring of internal financial and administrative processes as the company scales.
Essential qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general digital tools.
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, or small company environment.
Familiarity with accounting software, invoicing tools, or ERP systems.
Exposure to contracts, grants, or public funding documentation.
Interest in renewable energy, deep-tech, or space-related industries.
