Key AccountabilitiesElicit, analyze, and document Business Requirements for development projects, testing, and implementation.Collaborate closely with PMO, Development, and QA teams to support development and testing activities during project phases.Coordinate with commercial teams on third-party sales, including preparing responses to RFPs, conducting Market Design Studies, and providing product support.Communicate and integrate complex information related to IT solutions effectively.Produce specific functional documentation and designs, such as specifications, user guides, and reports for ITS exchange products.Your ProfileStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with EMS/OMS systems interfacing with trading venues.Excellent oral and written communication skills for documenting complex business requirements clearly.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in client-facing projects.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.Ability to interface with various project teams from both IT and business sides.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
