Senior Business Analyst - Insurance Sector (Universo Platform)
Responsibilities

Review of functional and technical analysis
Coordination and execution of integration and customization testing
Technical interface with other IT areas (Architecture, Ops, Data, Security)
Cross IT activities across projects of this nature

Qualifications

6–8 years in Life Insurance (Saving / Investment focus)
4+ years in Life Insurance (Pension focus)
6–8 years of hands-on experience with the UNIVERSO application, including its architecture and integration logic
Knowledge of regulatory and fiscal compliance in the Life Insurance domain, especially on UNIVERSO

Technical skills

Software architecture and integration patterns
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Relevant programming languages and technologies tied to UNIVERSO

Project-related experience

4+ years on similar projects for large insurance clients, Life portfolio focus
Agile methodologies, PM tools (Jira, MS Office, etc.)
Change management expertise
