The role involves close collaboration with clients to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities, with a focus on the Commerce module.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experienceas a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce / Retail). Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required. Strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of retail processes and Commerce module functionalities. Fluency in German is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
