About the jobWe are looking for a talented candidate skilled in management control who will join the Finance team and report directly to the Business Controlling manager. In his or her role, he/she will be responsible for analyzing product costs (LG & Accessories) for one of our Maisons and guiding the industrial director in reading the data to optimize business decisions.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Definition and Analysis of product costs - materials, labour, overhead and variancesIndependent execution of monthly financial statements, stock analysis/provision calculation, dedicated Maison costs analysisCollaboration with the Maison division in relevant planning cycles (budget/forecast) – sales=productions volume, stock target, slow movers and provision, costs by MaisonBusiness partner for organizational units (production, quality, R&D) and for accounting for the correct definition of month end closingPrepare focused analysis on specific topics (for example: cash flow main drivers, balance sheet variations, one-off effects, projects, etc.);Active participation to the live implementation of new financial flowsKEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLSVery good understanding of the cost elements at various stages of production till the finished goods dispatch (an experience in a fashion & luxury company will be considered as a plus)Very good knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standards costs and deviationAccuracy in managing high volume, complex dataTeam player with ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement opportunitiesManage multiple projects simultaneously and organize workload accordingly to meet organizational timelinesA team player who can collaborate with cross-functional & multi-cultural teamsAbility to present and challenge business partnersWHO YOU AREBusiness Administration/ Economics & Management/ Management Engineering Master's Degree5 years of experience as Business and Industrial Controller in complex Manufacturing environments and/or2-3 years of experience as an Auditor in a Big 4 CompanyFluent English (French will be considered as a plus);Good attitude to work with ERP System (a good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAP SEM, BI will be considered as a plus)Skilled in MS Office, Proficiency in Excel (Pivot etc.)Analytical mindset, problem solving orientedWHAT WE OFFERAgile Working PolicyLearning & Development OpportunitiesFlexible entry timeWelfareTicket RestaurantStaff SalesCorporate Conventions in the region of reference (Tuscany)
