About the Company
We are a leading Italian company operating in the ICT consulting industry, partnering with top-tier clients on digital transformation and innovation programs.
The Role
As Business & Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as both a strategic partner and an operational enabler, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution across the CEO’s agenda and the company’s priorities.
Location : Rome, Italy
Work mode : Full‑Time, On‑site with flexibility for international travel.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO, ensuring follow‑up on business priorities, initiatives, and key deliverables.
Participate in internal and external meetings, preparing briefing materials, taking notes, and ensuring consistent alignment with management teams and stakeholders.
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, priorities, and travel schedule across multiple time zones.
Coordinate international business trips and events, handling logistics and documentation.
Draft, review, and edit presentations, reports, and executive communications.
Act as a trusted point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Support strategic projects and special initiatives, contributing to planning, monitoring, and execution (acting as a PMO when required).

Your Profile

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (Business Support, PMO, Executive Assistant) within consulting or technology‑driven environments.
Fluency in English (Portuguese or another foreign language is a plus).
Availability to travel nationally and internationally on short notice.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
High level of discretion, reliability, and ability to manage confidential information.
Proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced and complex environments.
