For more information, go toAbout the role :We are looking for a Built-In Installation Manager to develop and support our installation competence center across Business Area Europe.What you’ll do :Own built-in installation generation plans for Business Area Europe, in alignment with Product Lines. Propose new initiatives and ensure the execution of installation-related projects throughout the development process, as well as maintenance during the product lifecycle.Lead product requirements for installation in platform projects, collaborating closely with R&D, Product Lines, and Design teams. Drive product requirements based on needs, norms, market or customer requirements in new project development environments.Support Sales and Marketing with installation content—such as trade presentations, videos, and exhibitions. Provide prompt feedback and support to build customer-facing assets promoting installation benefits.Foster collaboration through a cross-European internal working group (German Kitchen Association). Act as a reference representative of Electrolux in external kitchen associations, ensuring proper exchange of information.Spot trends early by researching, networking, and attending key industry fairs like IFA, MOW, and Eurocucina. Support presence during fairs, visit competitors’ booths, and report on new trends in kitchens and appliances.Shape the future by working with kitchen associations to influence upcoming kitchen norms and standards. Participate actively in decision-making processes and influence new standards’ creation.Who you are :Degree in Design, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong foundation in design, engineering, and marketing.Strong business acumen and analytical skills.Deep understanding of competitive trends and product ranges.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.Proactive, solution-oriented, and execution-driven.Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.Prioritizes effectively and acts with urgency.Fluency in English and German is a must.Working knowledge of Italian is a plus.Willingness to travel as needed.Where you’ll be :The location is flexible within Europe.J-18808-Ljbffr
