Translate data into insights to develop strategies for increasing acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Lead a CRM specialist and collaborate with the VIC (‘Very Important Clients’) department. Work closely with Retail, Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and Legal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the House's growth.Analysis and strategy - Develop global and local strategies by identifying trends and opportunities. Conduct client analyses and present findings to various teams, including C-Levels, Merchandising, and Retail. Prepare quarterly business reviews with Kering. Contribute to VIC strategy by providing insights and ROI analysis. Innovate digital solutions to boost client acquisition and loyalty, partnering with relevant teams.Client journeys and outreach campaigns - Update and launch automated client journeys aligned with key lifecycle moments. Design and execute outreach campaigns for collection launches, store events, VIC events, bespoke trunk shows, and emotional calendar initiatives. Monitor and refine operations. Train sales teams on CRM tools.Operational improvement - Serve as the point of contact for the in-house clienteling app, enhancing its usage and benefits through feedback and IT collaboration. Improve database quality, ensuring contactability and privacy compliance.
