This includes:Setting and executing strategic brand direction in line with global strategy to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets.Leading portfolio development, lifecycle management, and new product/indication launches.Designing and delivering marketing campaigns, scalable assets, and education strategies to elevate brand value.Partnering with divisional, portfolio, and local marketing teams to build annual marketing plans and long-term portfolio roadmaps.Driving customer engagement through congresses, events, KOL development, and medical education programs.Building strong relationships with sales, internal stakeholders, and key customers to increase brand perception and adoption.Providing data-driven insights on brand performance and defining corrective actions when needed.Acting as a key partner in developing the portfolio through innovation, M&A, and line extensions.This role requires strategic courage and marketing excellence to bring clarity and focus to a high-potential part of the business.What you bringRequiredBachelor’s degree8+ years of work experienceFluent in English (additional languages an advantage)PreferredMBA5+ years of medical device or marketing experience (vascular/neurovascular strongly preferred)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on timelinesExcellent presentation and interpersonal communication skillsWho we wantHard-working winners – Confident, competitive, results-oriented professionals with a track record of success.Dedicated achievers – People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and won’t stop until projects meet the highest standards.Effective communicators – Able to interpret complex information and deliver clear, concise recommendations to diverse stakeholders.Collaborative partners – Skilled at leveraging cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas and develop best practices.Why join usAt Stryker, you’ll be part of a global team known for innovation, collaboration, and a relentless drive to improve patient outcomes.
