OverviewDevelop and manage a complete marketing program for the successful introduction marketing and sales of brand in scope. Collaborate with all departments to ensure an effective alignment on information solutions co-creation and identification of current and future business opportunities. Review and analyze sales trends to monitor a continued overall profitable growth and marketing position as well as timely identify possible areas of improvement. Inform and keep informed organization on vital activities that affect objectives and goals of division. Responsible for planning and executing the marketing plan within the approved operating expenses level. Ensure good accuracy for the Demand Plan.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement local marketing plan strategies and tactics according to the Global Brand PlanLiaise with Global team and contribute to develop the launch and marketing strategy and tactical plan of assigned product(s)Sharpen and adapt the local commercialization strategy and tactics based on customer insights and market / competitors perspectives and ensure key information are included into global strategy developmentLead the Brand cross-functional team (BOOST) to identify new business opportunities insights solutions to implementLocalize and tailor Global key messages and promotional tools to develop impactful omnichannel Brand communication in compliance with the Italian lawIn coordination with NSM and KAMs prepare the Account Plans and support their implementationDrive cross-functional Brand Plan tactics implementation and KPIs with highest standards of complianceLead involvement in National Congresses local events and initiatives working to support the Sales teamBuild network with stakeholders in collaboration with Commercial team Medical Patient Access & CE&C team to manage customer relationships on a Country scaleMay act as MRP ownerEnsure Local training for Sales Force together with Medical Team & other functionsAct in the role in accordance with SOBI Policies SOPs and in compliance with the Italian LawSecure the alignment of the Demand plans for assigned product(s) in the MKT with a high adherence on the accuracy requirementSecure the alignment of the A&P budget spending according to the phasing finance in the planQualificationsUniversity degree level education medical / science basedRecent haematology / Rare disease / nephrology experience in a marketing role for a minimum of 3 yearsBrand management experience minimum 3 yearsStrong cross-cultural leadership effective communication and team working skillsMulti-stakeholder project management and leadership experience delivering results on time and within budgetFlexibility ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertaintyDemonstrable customer relationship management experienceLife cycle managementAdditional InformationSkills / Knowledge / LanguagesFluency in written and spoken EnglishAdditional European language skills is an advantageProficient IT skills in PowerPoint Excel and WordAdept in using MS TeamsPersonal AttributesRequired : Cross cultural awareness effective communication and team working skills good interpersonal and social skillsFlexibile / agile with an ability to manage change operate in an environment of ambiguity and be solution-focusedIndirect leadership capabilities ability to influence motivate and delegate without a direct leadership mandateProject management experienceExcellent planning organising and coordination skillsDemonstrate embrace and align with the companys values (Care Ownership Ambition Urgency and Partnership)Ability to control and flourish in an environment of ambiguity uncertainty and stressful situationsSolid strategic and business acumenSignificant track record of demonstrated personal leadership with ability to influence lead and get the job done without line authority and in all conditionsCross cultural working appreciation and experienceKnowledgeable in medical and technical aspectsAutonomy entrepreneurship attitude and proactivitySolution-oriented and pragmatic attitudeEffective communication and team working skillsPersonal transparency candour and full integrityDesiredAbility to see the big pictureRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-timeKey SkillsDigital Marketing,Marketing,Management Experience,Profit & Loss,Analysis Skills,Microsoft Powerpoint,Market Research,Project Management,Product Management,P&L Management,Product Development,BrandingExperienceyearsVacancy1
