At Eataly, you can Eat a meal at restaurants or quick-service counters, Shop for the ingredients, and Learn through classes and tastings.Eat Better, Live Better!Eataly is present across 15 countries in the world through owned stores and franchising agreements.OverviewIn this role you will be responsible to partner with local teams to drive the marketing agenda across EMEA.ResponsibilitiesReporting into the Head of Brand & Communications, the Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and communicating our vision and mission through the delivery of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and traffic, primarily for Italian market and for our other countries included in EMEA region.Actively contribute to the construction of a yearly marketing roadmap of brand campaigns in line with the commercial calendar for Italy and the regionAnalyze brand positioning and consumer insights to deliver innovative and consistent marketing campaigns, from insight, to brief and blueprint, to execution and assets productionBe responsible for the delivery of all the relevant campaign toolkits, including copywriting, campaign and copy deck set up, asset collection coordination, in close collaboration with corporate marketing teamsBe responsible for project management and coordination of all stages of the process of building campaigns making sure the smooth meeting of every deadline with the expected resultsBe responsible for content production and copywriting, with strong ability in crafting communication accordingly with the purpose of the campaign and the media engagedTranslate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, by engaging internal stakeholders from other departments (retail, buyers, F&B)Work closely and engages the EMEA Marketing team in the process: creative team, social and digital media team, PR, e-commerce and product team, CRM etc.Assess KPIs, measure output and make performance reports of the campaignsMonitors market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities relevant for the F&B industry bringing fresh insights back to the teamProtect Eataly’s brand and ensures marketing activities and promotions are properly communicatedQualificationsMaster’s Degree in Business or Marketing / Communications4 / 5 years of experience in marketing within large and international organizationsPrevious experience in Food&Beverage, food industry and / or retail field as project manager, brand manager or marketing and communication professionalExperience in regional project management and implementation, including with remote teamsKnowledge & SkillsDemonstrated ability to craft compelling communications campaigns and messaging rooted in consumer insight, with proven copywriting skills both in Italian and EnglishExceptional communication and influencing skills : we are looking for someone who is at ease collaborating with peers and people at different levels of seniority and diverse types of expertise, and who has a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making across various levels of an organizationProject management skills : strong ability in planning activities, keeping timing and monitoring projects’ developmentStrong Passion for foodDemonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environmentDemonstrated organizational, analytical and business management skills in complex organizationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressureProactive team-player with high level of reliability and integrityItalian mother language, fluent in English
