On behalf of our client, a leading FMCG distributor of brands within the Retail and HORECA markets, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their Nicosia team. If you hold a minimum of 2 years' experience within the sector and are looking to work for a company that values its employees and strives to provide a positive, healthy work environment that allows you to grow, develop, and maximize your potential, please send us your CV today.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the annual Marketing Plan for the brand(s) you are responsible for.Manage the approved marketing budgets efficiently.Present the Marketing Plan to the Sales Force and coordinate its implementation.Maintain clear communication channels with the Commercial team and both internal and external stakeholders.Stay informed about current market trends and act proactively for the benefit of your brands.Represent the brand in various company-organized activities.Develop merchandising standards for different outlet types and prepare marketing and POS materials.Develop, evaluate, and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.Propose ideas to enhance your brands and present them to the management team.Ensure excellence in market execution at all times.Adapt plans based on market trends.Maintain excellent relationships with principals, customers, and suppliers.Gather and communicate information on client needs and monitor competition activity.Monitor and support the sales team to achieve brand sales targets.Candidate ProfileUniversity Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.Minimum of 2 years' experience in an FMCG company.Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek.Computer literate with advanced MS Office skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Understanding of basic financial terms.Decision-making and problem-solving skills.Leadership capabilities.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to take initiatives and deliver results.Company Benefits13 salaries annuallyBonus scheme based on target achievementMedical planProvident fundMobile allowance20 days annual leave, on a pro-rata basisWorking hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30-15:00 Friday.
