This role focuses on exploring new ways to build international brand experiences, developing corporate identity systems, and crafting visionary communication strategies that inspire and inform headquarters teams. Rather than executing brand implementation, this position provides thought leadership, future-oriented design concepts, and strategic frameworks that guide the evolution of brand perception across global markets.What will be your main responsibilities?Brand Strategy & Future Vision :Research and define future-oriented brand experience strategies that align with long-term corporate objectives.Explore emerging trends in brand identity, digital experiences, and global communication strategies to anticipate shifts in consumer perception.Develop conceptual frameworks for brand evolution, ensuring consistency and adaptability across international markets.Provide guidance on how branding, aesthetics, and communication design intersect to create compelling brand narratives and brand design solutions.Corporate Identity & Design Systems :Lead the development of innovative corporate identity systems that ensure coherence across all brand touchpoints.Investigate new approaches to visual identity, typography, color systems, image styles, and motion branding.Define scalable and adaptable design principles for multi-platform brand communication.Research and propose new brand architecture models that enhance global brand consistency.Communication Design & Storytelling :Craft visionary design concepts that challenge traditional approaches to corporate and consumer communication.Investigate and design solutions for the intersection of digital, physical, and immersive brand experiences.Develop strategic guidelines that inspire HQ teams to push the boundaries of brand storytelling.Research and propose new ways of engaging audiences through emerging media, technology, and culture.Collaboration & Influence :Partner with HQ brand, marketing, and design teams to provide strategic insights and forward-thinking brand concepts.Act as a thought leader, presenting research, future scenarios, and design recommendations to senior stakeholders.Ensure that research findings translate into actionable strategies for HQ’s brand development and communication teams.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including industrial design, retail experience, and digital teams, to align branding efforts.Market & Consumer Trend Research :Conduct in-depth research on cultural, technological, and consumer behavior trends that impact brand perception.Analyze global brand benchmarks to ensure best-in-class positioning.Stay ahead of shifts in branding strategies across industries and regions, identifying opportunities for differentiation.What are the skills required for this position?Master’s Degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field.10+ years of experience in in international brand building, corporate identity development, and communication design.Strong background in working with global brands, defining and evolving corporate identity systems in various markets.Minimum 2 years team lead experience.Technical Skills :Expertise in design systems, brand architecture, and corporate identity development.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, motion graphics, and AI toolsUnderstanding of digital branding and immersive brand experience strategies.Strong knowledge of typography, color systems, and visual storytelling.Soft Skills :Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate future branding trends.Strong research, analytical, and strategic skills to translate insights into opportunities and actionable brand concepts.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.Leadership and mentorship capabilities to inspire a multidisciplinary team.Ability to balance conceptual innovation with business and market realities.What We Offer :We offer you an exciting opportunity in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational technology companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.Privacy StatementWe therefore commit to protecting your privacy following the local legal data privacy legislation.
