Excellence in Waterproofing, Roofing and Surfacing TechnologyThe Brand Coordinator position is dedicated to ensuring that brand information and product data are accurately and consistently entered and maintained across various systems. The individual will collaborate with various teams to execute private label management, direct fulfillment priorities, manage projects, and implement brand strategies.ResponsibilitiesData Entry and Management : Collecting and updating product & customer information (orders, descriptions, pricing, etc.) into ERP & CRM databasesCustomer Experience : Ensure the customers have a positive interaction, from pre-purchase awareness to post-purchase supportProject Management : Supporting brand-related projects by managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery from various team membersCollaborate : Forecasting, demand planning, customer segmentation, improve sales strategies, and operational efficiencyData Verification : Checking the accuracy and completeness of product data, including identifying and correcting errorsSystem Integration : Collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless integration of data across various systemsCommunication : Communicating with internal teams, private label customers, and external vendors regarding product data and brand requirementsProblem Solving : Addressing any issues related to data accuracy, brand consistency, or system functionalityBrand Compliance : Ensuring all product information and content align with brand guidelines, standards, and messaging across all touchpointsContent Creation : Developing and maintaining product descriptions, images, and other content that accurately reflects the brand and productCreative Thinking : Ability to develop new ideas and approaches to brand promotion and understanding marketing principles, strategies, and tacticsMarketing Support : Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaignsAssist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Customer Experience initiatives and identify areas for further improvementDemonstrate a ‘continuous improvement' mindset, by seeking and accepting feedback, challenging constructively, and adjusting in a positive mannerContribute to enhancing customer experience by providing department feedback and improvementsQualificationsA bachelor's degree, and approximately 3 years of previous experience in project management, customer onboarding, order entry, customer service, business or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in computing skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Dynamics CRM, and Business Central ERP order processing systems, or similarAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong “customer first” mindset, and well-developed customer service skills to ensure we deliver an outstanding customer experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; including the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing with customersProven ability to address interpersonal conflicts and issues with personnel across management, sales, marketing, technical, finance, IT, scheduling, production, and shipping departments in a professional manner.Willingness to learn, attention to detail, active listening skills, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindsetDependable transportation and punctual attendance are requiredCompany DescriptionKemper System America, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of cold liquid-applied resin systems for plaza waterproofing, green roofing, cool roofing, historic restoration, and waterproofing of various surfaces.
