The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.Role DescriptionDESCRIPTION OF THE ROLEThe BRAND COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST is responsible for building strong relationship with AW LAB BRAND PARTNERS, for improving the awareness and reputation of AW LAB in the market through the support of our brand partners mktg activities.The main objective of the BRAND COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST is to be the connecting role between brand partners, key mktg functions and internal department like merchandising, planning, omnichannel. This role will define communication goals for brands, budgets and timings and will guarantee the deployment of projects in all touchpoints.Key ChallengesManage relationships with our brand partnersAttend brands sell-in sessions together with product dept.Define tier brands based on the business and collectionsDefine mktg budgets and calendarsDefine dedicated briefing for all functions to develop brand adv campaignsSupport local communication & events brand activitiesManage brand suppliers relationshipSupervise the creativity of brands campaignsSupervise brands & corporate pop materials productionCollaborate with the rest of the team for making sure the development of the brand campaign with the proper deadlines (instore and digital setting up)Supervise brand digital contents to be used digital touchpoints according to AW LAB guidelinesCheck invoices and updating of administrative documents of the departmentPrepare quotations and ordersSupervise the right development of brands campaign in the AW LAB mktg calendarCore CompetenciesDelivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlinesPursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying informationOrganizational skillsAnalytical skillsWorks well with others departmentKnows how to deal with peopleRelates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organisationGood knowledge of Office Suite, mandatory ExcelGood knowledge of GANTT reportFluent in EnglishSpanish nice to haveLocationLimena (PD)Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
