We’re looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury French & English, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Office : Milan ON-SITE
Languages
French mandatory (C1 / C2)
English mandatory (C1 / C2)
Tasks
Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone / chat / e-mail
E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract
Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week
Qualifications
Degree and / or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
