What you will do
We are looking for a Brand & Sponsorship Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join our team and ensure continuity in driving brand visibility, consistency, and engagement across our markets. This role is responsible for managing brand strategy execution, developing sponsorship activities, and ensuring brand excellence in all communications and touchpoints.
ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Play a key role in the execution of the Company’s dual sport sponsorship strategy, ensuring full integration with the overall brand strategy.
Manage day-to-day relationships with sport partners, rights holders, and agencies.
Oversee sponsorship activation plans across both sport platforms, ensuring synergies, coherence, and market relevance.
Develop engaging storytelling and brand content leveraging sport assets across digital, PR, retail, and events.
Coordinate with local markets to tailor sponsorship activation, ensuring flexibility while maintaining brand consistency.
Monitor sponsorship KPIs, measure ROI, and prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment between sponsorship activities and broader marketing/communication campaigns.
Stay up to date with sport marketing trends, benchmarking competitors’ activities and bringing innovative ideas to enhance sponsorship value.

What you need to succeed
Requirements

Previous experience (2-3+years) in brand management and sport sponsorship
Strong understanding of sponsorship rights, activations, and measurement frameworks
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other European languages are a plus)
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Previous experience in international/multi-market sponsorship projects is highly valued

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Digital, or related field
Professional Experience
Experience in advertising agency or sport sponsorship
Languages
Fluent in English – written & verbal
