Brand & Partnerships Specialist
We’re looking for a Brand & Partnerships Specialist who can lead AlfaDocs’ strategic partnerships and brand awareness initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a function that sits at the intersection of growth and brand, joining our growing Marketing Team.
Your Role
Partnerships & Allies
    
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with medical associations, SaaS providers, resellers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Develop co‑marketing programs to drive shared value and increase AlfaDocs visibility.
Maintain a partner engagement plan with clear KPIs.
Events & Activations
    
Own AlfaDocs’ event strategy: conferences, webinars, meetups, and hosted gatherings.
Coordinate logistics, messaging, speakers, and post‑event reporting.
Explore innovative formats like virtual clinics, demos, or "day in the life" partner collabs.
Brand & Communications
    
Shape and evolve our brand voice, identity, and visual system across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design to unify brand storytelling.
Develop awareness campaigns for specific markets (e.g., dental, general practice, orthopedics).
Requirements
4+ years experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand management roles (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or healthtech).
Track record of launching brand campaigns and/or managing strategic relationships.
Strong project management, writing, and storytelling skills.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, product, and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Italian required.
Administrative Info
Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1‑year fixed‑term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
Annual Salary: 35K-40K + bonus
Location: Milan, Italy (Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove))
Office Model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1‑hour lunch break
Start Date: October 2025
