You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Nordics - Operations Area Manager, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet, and managing depot operations.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Ensuring daily vehicle turnover aligns with policies;Coordinating teams involved in vehicle turnover: cleaning, inspections, maintenance, repairs, inventory control, and kit preparation;Training and coaching local team members;Potentially performing onboarding and training at other branches;Supporting branch and fleet managers to keep campervans in top condition;Organizing the depot layout and organization;Contributing to operational process improvements.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory);Eligible to work in Italy, with a valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory);Available to work weekends and public holidays;Responsible and reliable.Please note that non-passport holders may require a work permit.
