About The Job
Are you seeking a new opportunity in a challenging, dynamic environment to advance your career?
We are hiring a BiW Product Planner for our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report hierarchically to the Head of the Composites Centre and functionally to BiW Technology Coordination.
Your responsibilities include industrializing the product during BiW development, representing the industrial area in SET project meetings, ensuring manufacturability and industrialization targets, evaluating economic and feasibility aspects for new products and changes, and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
Your Main Activities

Lead the Design for Manufacturing process, collaborating with R&D and Quality departments to ensure robust industrialization.
Evaluate and influence assembly concepts and solutions in partnership with R&D during product development.
Define assembly concepts: Reference Point System (RPS) and Tolerance Chain Management.
Participate in cross-functional SET meetings to align assembly and functional demands.
Manage product change processes within your area.
Coordinate alignment meetings between product and process development.
Align technological and industrial demands with development issues.
Resolve aesthetic, functional, and laboratory complaints in Pre-Series vehicles.
Ensure quality of data for process planning activities.
Plan sampling processes for make parts, collaborating with development teams.
Define and implement product specifications for sampling.
Manage Material Conformity Team meetings to address emerging issues.
Monitor hazardous materials in the company via the Moby system.
Plan and steer MDS creation.

About You

University Degree in Engineering.
Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of CATIA.
Fluent in English; Italian and German are a plus.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Organizational and effective communication skills.
Teamwork orientation.
