The ideal candidate should have experience in managing quality control teams and possess a comprehensive knowledge of chromatographic techniques.Key Responsibilities:Oversee biochemical laboratory functions and corresponding documentation to support timely product disposition.Ensure overall quality control disposition of incoming materials, in-process samples, and finished products.Develop, validate, transfer, and write reports for analytical methods.Maintain compliance of laboratory procedures and practices with company standards and GMP regulations.Support day-to-day scheduling activities closely with the QC manager.Foster continuous improvement in QC operations and systems.Requirements:A good scientific background.People management experience.Comprehensive knowledge of GMP regulations.Knowledge of chromatographic techniques, such as Size Exclusion Chromatography/Cation Exchange by HPLC and common biological tests.Chemical-physical analytical determinations.Knowledge of method validation and transfer, in compliance with EP/USP.Good English language skills.Benefits:A dynamic work environment.A permanent contract with a salary proportional to experience level.Location:Siena, Italy.
