BIOANALYTICAL SCIENTIST

Philogen S.p.A. is a biotechnology company whose mission is the development of targeting products for the imaging and therapy of life‑threatening diseases with a strategic focus on cancer diseases.
Philogen S.p.A. would like to hire a highly motivated Bioanalytical Scientist to join our Bioanalytical Laboratory. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute their expertise while growing in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Your responsibilities:
Perform bioanalytical testing in preclinical and clinical framework and support method development using mass spectrometry and ligand binding assays
Ensure accurate data analysis, reporting, and documentation
Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
Work closely with colleagues across functions to achieve project goals
What we are looking for:
At least Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Hands‑on experience with quantitative mass spectrometry techniques
Previous exposure to regulated environments (GLP) is a strong advantage
Key skills and competencies:
Strong foundation in analytical chemistry
Problem‑solving mindset and ability to think critically
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail‑oriented with solid organizational abilities
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and common laboratory software
Good written and spoken English
