From urban planning to residential and mixed-use developments, from corporate campuses to public buildings and hotels, each ACPV ARCHITECTS project embodies a new vision where nature and the noblest human aspirations can find new centrality.ACPV is looking for an architect or engineer to be included in our Digital & Design Technology department as a BIM Technician.The role will include a range of activities such as :Managing BIM workflows from point cloud data acquisition to model deliveryDeveloping and maintaining the internal BIM component libraryCreating and maintaining complex parametric Revit familiesSupporting BIM Coordinators in project coordination and ensuring compliance with BIM standardsSupporting the team with data extraction and information management from BIM modelsAssisting BIM Management with staff training on BIM tools and best practicesEnsuring quality control of models and BIM components according to company standards2-6 years of experience in BIM-relatedExperience with laser scanning technologies and point cloud processing is a plusUnderstanding of BIM coordination workflows and methodologiesFamiliarity with national and international BIM standardsA strong understanding of architecture and interior design is an advantageEnglish fluency is mandatorySoftware :Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, particularly the Family Editor environment, is requiredDynamo and coding skills are appreciatedACPV is committed to creating a better working environment by supporting workforce diversity.
