Job Overview
We are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team in our Rome office. The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and management of BIM processes across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, standards, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate BIM activities across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Develop and manage project-specific BIM execution plans.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and company procedures.
Develop three‑dimensional models, perform clash detection and verify geometrical and data consistency.
Manage data from multiple sources to enrich models and generate visualizations.
Provide support and mentoring to team members on BIM tools and new technologies.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor time and cost aspects related to BIM processes and prepare BIM‑specific progress reports.
Define, integrate, update, and apply corporate standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and enhance project efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with external consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding BIM deliverables and ensure timely delivery of BIM models and documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination on civil building projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 and other relevant BIM tools.
Solid understanding of multidisciplinary project workflows.
Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
Knowledge of Italian and international BIM standards.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Fluency in Italian and English.
