Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team in our Rome office. The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and management of BIM processes across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, standards, and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate BIM activities across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Develop and manage project-specific BIM execution plans.Ensure compliance with BIM standards and company procedures.Development of three-dimensional information models related to ongoing projects and verification of model quality (clash detection, geometric and data consistency).Management of data from multiple sources to enrich models or generate dedicated visualizations.Provide support and mentoring to team members on the use of BIM tools, ensuring the monitoring and implementation of new technologies and software updates;Manage operational activities assigned by the Design Department in synergy with multidisciplinary teams, promoting conflict resolution between disciplines and identifying effective solutions;Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor time and cost aspects related to BIM processes. Contribute to the preparation of BIM-specific progress reports;In coordination with the Digital Technologies Department, define, integrate, update, and apply corporate standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Develop strategies to enhance project efficiency and quality;Coordinate with external consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding BIM deliverables;Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and associated documentation.RequirementsDegree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination on civil building projects.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 and other relevant BIM tools.Solid understanding of multidisciplinary project workflows.Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.Knowledge of Italian and international BIM standards.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Fluency in Italian and English.About RIMONDAt RIMOND, we’re an international and culturally diverse team of experts driven by innovation and united by a shared vision: creating landmark projects that positively impact communities and our planet.
