Job description
We are looking for our future Operations Specialist to join our 4‑person team, which oversees international operations across France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. In this role, you will ensure the highest quality of service and operational performance for our clients (car‑sharing partners), reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor. You will be the point of reference for real‑time mission execution (Live Ops) and the backbone of our driver partner community!
Main Responsibilities
Daily Operational Management: Manage day‑to‑day operations for several key car‑sharing partners, monitoring ongoing missions and resolving issues to ensure every assignment is completed on time.
Community Relations: Manage and support the driver community by building strong, long‑term relationships based on trust. You will be their reference point before, during and after each mission.
Client Coordination & Allocation: Manage the customer back office and assign missions to our drivers.
Real‑Time Tracking: Track assignments in real time to ensure they are correctly sent and assigned to drivers.
Process Improvement: Suggest alternative solutions and improved processes to minimize and resolve operational issues.
Needs Analysis & reporting: Provide feedback and data‑driven insights to the Driver Acquisition team to identify recruitment needs, while preparing reports, dashboards and presentations to support decision‑making and monitor performance.

Your profile
Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in operations, ideally within a fast‑paced or mobility‑related environment.
Problem‑Solving & Organization: You are structured and efficient, capable of acting quickly when issues arise.
Agility: You are dynamic, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing, ever‑changing environment.
Resilience & Stress Management: You remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions even in challenging situations.
Relational Ease & Communication: You have excellent interpersonal skills, can explain complex matters clearly, and are comfortable managing multiple phone conversations simultaneously.
Advanced Language Skills: You are fluent in German and proficient in English.
Nice To Have
Previous experience in delivery, fleet management or car‑sharing operations.
Familiarity with real‑time tracking tools or operations management software.
Basic data analysis skills to identify trends and propose operational improvements.
Fluency in Italian.
