Bid Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Remote – Based in Germany, France, or ItalyA leading player in the energy storage space is seeking a Bid Manager with strong technical expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to join its international team. This is a strategic role focused on developing winning technical proposals for large-scale commercial and utility BESS projects.Key Requirements : Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or similar. Proven experience working with BESS – especially in system integration or technical proposal management. Strong understanding of battery storage components : PCS, EMS, HVAC, and renewables integration. Fluent in English (business level). Must be currently residing in Germany, France, or Italy.Role Highlights : Lead the end-to-end technical proposal process from RFP to submission. Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to shape technically sound, competitive bids. Write and refine technical documentation, designs, and compliance content.
