They currently have a project portfolio of over 5 GW and are continuing to build upon this.Due to recent success in Italy, they are now recruiting for a BESS Project Manager to support them with their Pre-Construction activities and getting the project to RTB phase.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of large-scale solar and energy storage projects, from RTB to commissioning.Work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.Oversee grid connection processes, including liaising with TSOs & DNOsPlan and coordinate logistics and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.Lead contractor selection, manage EPC contracts, and supervise on-site construction activities.Track and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and report to project finance teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, contractors, and regulatory authorities.RequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.Proven experience in managing utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects, ideally 50 MW or more.Familiarity with grid connection agreements and processes in Italy.Strong skills in logistics and resource planning for large-scale projects.Experience in EPC and contractor management with hands-on construction oversight.Financial expertise in managing large CAPEX budgets.Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in the renewable energy sector.Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesMust be fluent in ItalianJ-18808-Ljbffr
