Your purpose will be to ensure the documentary presence of all the necessary information to support the production phase of the finished product, starting from the Customer\'s order to the specifications required for production. You will oversee the system set-up managing the codification of all information received from the Product manager to guarantee the production of finished products.WHAT MAKES UP YOUR DAYStep into a hands-on, minds-on work environment where every challenge and opportunity helps you realize your full potential.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF :Collaborate with Bespoke & MTO PM to ensure the creation of bill of materials for each orders received;Work with company functions to verify the availability of raw materials & accessories required for fulfilling the Customer’s order; Engage with Purchasing team in case of shortages;Ensure the proper transfer of information and technical specifications to the SC teams and / or Bespoke & MTO Sourcing Manager for products made by external suppliers;Ensure the launch of the production order and provide continuous follow-ups on the order\'s progress;In cooperation with Bespoke & MTO colleagues manage product returns in line with Group policies.QualificationsWHAT MAKES YOU, MAKES OUR TEAMWhen you join Zegna, you join a team, working together to shape the future of our company.
