Overview
Our client is an international distributor of premium Korean and global skincare brands expanding rapidly. They seek ambitious, multilingual Beauty Sales Closers to drive B2B sales across multiple territories worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct B2B prospecting across assigned territory (cold calling, outreach, LinkedIn, email).
Present and pitch skincare brands to beauty retailers, pharmacies, clinics, boutique owners, and distributors.
Negotiate pricing and wholesale orders with buyers.
Follow up actively and professionally to close deals.
Maintain a clean and accurate CRM record of all activity.
Build and nurture strong relationships with retail decision-makers.
Provide weekly updates on pipeline, conversations, and deal progress.
Suggest market insights, trends, and opportunities to shape strategy.
Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all communications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in B2B sales (beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, luxury retail, pharmaceuticals, or related industries).
Confident speaking with retail buyers and distributors.
Skilled in cold calling, objection handling, and relationship-building.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, German, Korean, etc.) are a major advantage.
Comfortable working commission‑only until targets are achieved.
Self‑motivated, resilient, resourceful, and target‑driven.
Able to work independently in a remote setting.
