Job Description
This position is for a Bartender at Cloud 7 Hotel Colere located in Colere, Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests according to recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
Assist in stock management, including ordering, rotation, and inventory checks.
Follow hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations at all times.
Support the Beverage Manager in menu updates, events, and special promotions.
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and prompt service.
Connection
Engage with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a personalized experience.
Work closely with colleagues in F&B to deliver seamless experiences.
Innovation
Suggest new cocktails, mocktails, and beverage pairings inspired by alpine and Italian culture.
Apply modern mixology techniques to enhance the guest experience.
Stay updated on beverage trends and competitor offerings.
Curation
Deliver consistent quality in taste, presentation, and service.
Curate guest experiences that highlight signature cocktails, wine pairings, or special events.
Maintain high standards of bar setup, equipment, and glassware.
Leading the Way
Act as an ambassador of Cloud 7 Colere through professionalism and passion for service.
Support the beverage team in creating a positive and engaging bar culture.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience as Barman / Bartender in hospitality.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
Mixology training or certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Professional, well‑presented, and team‑oriented.
