Temporary Spa, Agenzia per il Lavoro leader in Italia, filiale di Pavia, is looking for a dynamic, sunny, and passionate barista to join a young, stimulating, and growing environment in the heart of Milano.
Responsibilities

Preparation of coffee, cappuccinos, and hot beverages according to company standards.
Service at the counter and handling orders.
Cash handling and financial transactions.
Maintenance of order and cleanliness of the counter and workspace.
Ensure courteous and professional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements

Some experience as barista or bar waitstaff.
Excellent relational skills and customer orientation.
Speed, precision, and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and personal care.
Team spirit and positive attitude.

Technical and transversal skills

Basic knowledge of coffee extraction techniques.
Familiarity with basic cocktail preparation and coffee machine operation.
Organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Working hours
Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.
